George is a successful Sydney business person and investor, with over twenty years’ experience in property and finance.

George began his career as a Westpac bank manager in 1995. After four great years servicing the St George and Sutherland regions, he decided it was time to step out and establish his own business. In 2000 he launched Mortgage Navigators, which is now one of the leading finance brokers in Sydney and NSW.

Since inception, George, Irene and the team at Mortgage navigators have originated thousands of home loans for owner occupiers, first home buyers and investors across Sydney and NSW. George believes in amazing service, every time, and the business continues to grow to this day.

Along the way, George developed some serious property expertise and has amassed a substantial private investment portfolio. In recent years he noticed that property investors were generally poorly served by rental agents who either did not care about their landlords, or had no understanding of the ‘investor mindset’ required to be successful in property investing.

There had to be a better way. A new property management solution became his passion, almost his obsession. And when George linked up with co-founder Peter Kitas, Property Navigators was born.

“We’re here to shake the property management industry up, and get a better deal for investors.

“As a professional investor myself for the last decade, I know what it takes. I’ve bought and sold dozens of properties and over time the key to building a portfolio is superior property management. Most rental agents just don’t get it – but we do, and I’m on a mission to help investors be more successful.”
